Shift into Summer Ayurvedic Workshop, In-studio & Virtual Live

Stay cool this summer with some hot tips from Ayurveda, an ancient system of natural healing. As the outside temperature builds, our internal landscape does the same. The summer sun is a symbol of the fire element and a reminder of our connection to nature. Excess fire element this time of year can cause hot flashes, exhaustion, irritability, and inflammation. Through Ayurveda, learn to balance the heat with simple strategies to implement into your diet, daily routines and practices that will help you stay serene through the summer months.

In this workshop, we will explore:
~Basic introduction to Ayurveda
~Seasonal daily routine
~ Dietary tips and pacifying foods for summer
~ Yoga poses and breathing techniques applicable for the summer

Join Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Elizabeth Henrichsen to learn basic principles of Ayurveda to live a balanced life, for this summer and for a lifetime. No experience necessary. Please bring a small container for spice or tea mix.

Investment: Sliding scale, pay what you can $25-$40

This workshop will be simultaneously offered both live virtually & in-studio. July 11th, from 11am-1pm. Elizabeth will be teaching this workshop in the studio. She will be broadcasting LIVE via zoom at the same time. Students have the option to attend in-studio or stream live. *You will receive the link to zoom upon registration. NOTE: Students attending In-Studio may receive a premade mixture of tea or spices that is recommended to drink during the summer months. Students who attend via zoom will be notified in advance of the recipe for the tea or spice blend for the option to buy the ingredients for the workshop.
