Modern science is now proving what Yoga has been teaching for centuries, that meditation and other deep practices have positive effects on the body and brain, helping ward off stress and disease.

Join me to learn to create a steady, simple, profound practice based on ancient teachings adapted for our modern lives to ease stress, anxiety, sleep disorders and create a sense of well-being.

-Build a home meditation and Pranayama practice

-Meditate and learn within the energy and community of a group

-Ask questions related to meditation and Pranayama

6:00-6:20pm Lecture

6:20-6:30pm Break

6:30-6:50pm Pranayama practice

6:50-7:10pm Meditation practice

7:10-7:30pm Discussion/Q+A

-For optimal results and for your comfort, we suggest you refrain from eating at least two hours prior to class.

-Wear comfortable clothes and you may want materials for note taking.
