Work from Home? Got “Tech Neck”? Perhaps Tech shoulders, wrists and upper back? How is your posture these days? When you’ve been slouching at your desk (or couch) for eight hours or more, your body suffers: tight hips and shoulders, a tense neck, aching back and deflated chest. Incorporating Yoga into your workday can yield numerous benefits and provide you with more energy and sense of calm. Leaving the home/office for Yoga may not be feasible.
